In the second picture you can see the left clasp is broke.  I unfortunately did not have time to get a photo of it with the replaced one.    As I was putting in the last 2 nails for a corner piece the clasp broke, and I had to have it finished within the hour for my anniversary dinner.  I rushed to the store to get a replacement, and put in on there in the store and had it finished with less than 10 minutes to spare.
